Isaiah (Ike) Wilson is CEO of W.i.S.E. Consultants, a specialized consulting firm providing integrated solutions to overmatch today's and tomorrow's compound security competition across all markets.
Previously, Ike was a Partner at Gainful Solutions, a Senior Executive Consultant at Useful Fiction, and a professor at multiple elite U.S. universities, including the United States Army War College.
In this conversation, Ike and Scott get into the practical machinations of exactly how the characteristics of geopolitical competition have fundamentally changed and are continuing to shift on a seemingly daily basis. John Fowler, Co-founder of Intrigue Media and former Australian Diplomat joins Scott Smitson for the fourth edition of the Geopolitics of Commodities.
This is a wide-ranging conversation spanning the entire globe; from Australia and its geostrategic positioning within the great powers struggle, to its neighbor Indonesia and its latest elections, to South America and what to expect from the new Techno-Libertarian party led by Javier Milei, and for maybe the first time ever, real descension coming from with the Chinese Communist Party as China struggles through its worst economic regression in decades.
